- actio inc. established with capital of ¥10 million in Minato-ku, Tokyo, to provide consulting, planning and implementation of public relations activities.
- Office opened in Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo
- Launch of full-scale operations with contract to conduct public relations activities for a foreign-owned tech company.
- Relocation of office to Shibuya, Tokyo, to better handle growing business.
- Business alliance with major American independent PR agency Waggener Edstrom Worldwide (now WE Communications)
